Worked directly with the CEO of Eleven Peppers to design Team Lead Excellence Awards and create custom illustrations based on different themes provided by the client. After researching the three separate themes, I presented the client with 2 rough sketch concepts per theme. Working with previously established brand guidelines, I developed out the final look.
In addition to the Team Lead Excellence Awards, I designed custom gift certificates that were gifted to the recipients of the awards.
